Lille Metropole is home to 40 head offices representing over 10,000 global establishments, which account for almost 300,000 employees. It is trialling new concepts in the world of distribution, including K-bane (sustainable DIY), Artrium (arts and crafts), Chronodrive.com (on-line food retail), La Ferme du Sart (food retail) and le Carré des Halles (Food retail).

Euralille, made up of the Euralille 1, Euralille 2 and Porte de Valenciennes zones, takes centre stage in Lille Metropole, spreading out over 128 hectares. This burgeoning service sector powerhouse, with its 370,000 sq.m. of office space, is right at the heart of the European network, with direct TGV links to Paris (60 mins), London (80 mins) and Brussels (35 mins), as well as to the rest of the metropolis

A 100 hectare site of economic excellence at the heart of an area undergoing complete urban renovation, the “Rives de la Haute Deûle” has been awarded “eco-district” status. A clever mix of architectural heritage and innovative design, the Blan-Lafont building has been specifically designed to help ICT businesses develop by providing them with tailor-made premises.
